Chest
Double Point Press

We built this one to stop the arms stealing the lift. A second attachment point sits above each elbow, so resistance is applied to your upper arm directly. Grip the handles however you like and the Chest still has to do the work, because the load is no longer arriving through your hands alone.
Set Up
Anchor: Door anchor at knee height.
Bands: Fasten an ankle strap around each arm above the elbow, and grip a handle from the first band in each hand.
Body position: Stand three to four feet from the door with your back to it. Arms up parallel to the floor and level with the door behind you, palms down. Back straight, head straight, chest up.
Movement
Press the handles forward, up and in until your hands are about six inches apart at eye level. Return under control and repeat.
Points To Remember
- Hold the handles lightly so the work stays in the Chest.
- Do not let your elbows travel back past your shoulders on the return.
