Kneeling close to the door lines your upper arms up with the band, so the Triceps are already loaded at the top of the rep before you have moved at all. There is no slack to take up, which is what makes this one so efficient.

Kneeling Triceps Extension With Bands start and finish positions

Set Up

Anchor: Door anchor at the top of the door.

Bands: Grip an end of the band in each hand, just above the clip.

Body position: Kneel facing the door about a foot away. Back straight, head straight, chest up, stomach tight. Upper arms vertical, elbows still at your sides, hands shoulder width apart, palms facing in.

Movement

Press your hands down to the top of your thighs and straighten your arms.

Points To Remember

  1. Keep your elbows still at your sides. They should not travel forward or back during the rep.
