Squatted Row

Rowing from a squat drops your centre of gravity, so you can pull against far more resistance before the band starts dragging you forward. More load reaching the Lats, less effort spent staying upright.
Set Up
Anchor: Door anchor at knee height.
Bands: Clip a handle to each end of the band.
Body position: Grip a handle in each hand and squat three to four feet from the door, facing it. Head straight, chest up. Arms straight out in front of you with your forearms parallel to the floor.
Movement
Pull the handles in until your hands are by your chest. Return under control and repeat.
Points To Remember
- Hold the handles with a loose grip.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull.
- Keep your arms tight to your body through the pull.
