Two Arm Kickback

A kickback finishes with the arm straight behind you, where the Triceps are fully shortened, and that is exactly where the band is stretched hardest. The resistance peaks at the same moment the muscle does.
Set Up
Anchor: Door anchor at waist height.
Bands: Clip a closed ankle strap to each end of the band and grip a loop in each hand, fingers inside the loop and thumb outside.
Body position: Stand three to four feet from the door, facing it. Bend forward at the waist until your back is almost parallel to the floor. Bring your arms up with your upper arms parallel to the floor, elbows tight to your sides and hands just below your chest.
Movement
Press your hands back until they are by your hips and your arms are straight.
Points To Remember
- Keep your upper arms parallel to the floor and your elbows tight to your body throughout.
